
Our olive oil cake is an Italian take on classic pound cake. Rather than using butter, extra virgin olive oil lends a subtle flavor and moist texture, accented with fresh lemon. This can be enjoyed with your morning coffee, or as an after-dinner treat with a dollop of whipped mascarpone cream. Because every oven is different, we highly recommend using an oven thermometer to know the true temperature of your oven.
